Adventure Holidays In Norway" |
Situated in the Rhine valley in the Alps , Liechtenstein is one of only two double-landlocked countries in the world. The entire western border of Liechtenstein is formed by the Rhine river, while the eastern part of the country is located at higher altitude. The highest point is the Grauspitz, which stands at 2599m. Almost one fifth of the country is still forested.
ADVENTURE SPORTS IN NORWAY
Despite its small size, two thirds of Liechtenstein is ideal for hiking on beautiful and varied mountain paths. It offers hikers high summits up to 2600m and enchanting paths for walks through nature reserves, idyllic landscapes and across the Rhine dam along the country’s borders. Liechtenstein also has exceptional winter sports facilities, including facilities for all types of skiing as well as winter hiking.
