Road Biking
Beginner
Demon riders excel on motorcycles built for thrilling road action. If you're interested in finding out more about road biking but don't know where to start, the best way to begin is to enrol on a short course of group or private lessons to see if road biking is for you. Many operators offer ‘primer courses’ that let you get acquainted with road biking. If you enjoy your single-visit we strongly recommend that you enrol on a multiple-visit course.
Intermediate
If you already have basic road biking knowledge, there are many ways you can improve your road bike handling skills. Most intermediate lessons will focus on examining and developing road biking technique. They will also focus on how to deal mentally with road hazards and avoid major causes of road biking accidents. There is usually the opportunity to take lessons privately as well as part of a group, giving you the opportunity to hone specific skills such as developing powerful stunts.
Advanced
If you’re an ambitious intermediate or advanced road biker striving to break through to the next level, honing your skills with a qualified instructor means you’ll be able to learn more advanced techniques that will enrich your road biking experience. Many advanced road biking lessons encourage you to practice your bike handling skills in a variety of challenging every day road environments. If you enjoy road biking so much that you’re considering becoming a road biking instructor, we recommend that you take an Instructor Training Course to gain teaching experience as well as technical improvements.
